Meizu has confirmed to release new phones at the end of this month. The products are expected to be of the M-Series, so they’ll be budget friendly .The specifications and photos of the phones have been now leaking since some time, still we have a lot more to wonder.
Recently, Meizu’s VP (Vice President) Mr. Li Nan revealed that the upcoming phone of Meizu M-Series will cost approximately equal to that of a computer’s hard disk. Most of the hard drives (1TB) these days cost around $60-70. Currently, the cheapest phone of Meizu is the M5C, which costs around $80. Seeing the cheap price tag, this might be an Android Go phone for international markets.
Recently, a Meizu phone with a Spreadtrum processor was also spotted on GeekBench browser. It might be the phone Li Nan is talking about, as it had a very less score in both single-core and multi-core tests, comparable to the old Snapdragon 400. The phone’s launch is expected in nearly just 2 weeks. Stay tuned with MeizuMatters for further updates!
