Meizu 15 was launched recently to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the brand. While some praised the phone for its beautiful design, not having a notch, and an awesome camera, but on the other hand some didn’t like it for not using the latest hardware.
Meizu wants to change the things with its new flagship named Meizu 16, which will launch in August this year. Renders of the phone have started surfacing online, and maximum of those hint towards the same design Meizu patented recently.
The phone will have a Samsung S9 kind of full screen display. The fingerprint sensor is expected to be under the screen as its present nowhere on the phone, neither on rear, nor on the sides. Meizu has filed more than 1 patent for an under display fingerprint sensor in past.
The phone is expected to feature all high-end specifications, like an Exynos 9810 or Snapdragon 845 Soc, 8GB RAM, etc. We might also see a “Super mBack” Halo button like on the E3 and M6s, as there is no mBack button on front.
Other specifications still remain a mystery. Stay tuned with MeizuMatters for further updates!
